At Ola Squid, we are committed to delivering high-quality squid snack products, from whole seasoned flattened squid to ultra-spicy ZAPMUK. If there is any issue with your order, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

Manufacturer defect: Damaged goods, torn packaging, or incorrect product description (e.g., receiving shredded seasoned squid instead of crispy rolled squid).

Wrong item delivered: The product does not match your order.

Missing items: The quantity received is less than what was ordered.

Return timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Return & Exchange Process

Contact Ola Squid: Call our hotline 0989616989 or email info@olasquid.com to report the issue.

Provide proof: Send photos of the defective product, packaging, and order number.

Send the product back: Pack the product in its original packaging and return it to 59 Bui Ta Han Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.

Request processing: Ola Squid will review your request and complete the return/exchange or refund within 5–10 working days.
Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Products that have been opened and consumed more than 50%.

Damage caused by customer misuse, such as improper storage (exposure to moisture or direct sunlight).

No proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Requests made after the 7-day return period.
Refunds

If the product cannot be exchanged (out of stock), Ola Squid will refund you via bank transfer or your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 7–10 working days from the date your request is approved.
