  • Within Ho Chi Minh City: Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days from the order confirmation date.

  • Other provinces/cities: Orders are delivered within 4-5 working days, depending on the location.

  • Note: Delivery times may be extended due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays. We will inform you if any changes occur.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address and clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping: Applied for orders from 1,000,000 VND.

  • Customers in remote or special areas (islands, mountainous regions) may incur an additional surcharge, which will be notified in advance.

Delivery Process
